Hi,
I hope you’re well.
We’re back with more news from Blue Fox HQ!
First off, we’re launching Clodagh #3 next week on Kickstarter - and, in my humble opinion, it’s the most action packed comic I’ve ever written!
In order for us to have the best launch possible (algorithms, tsch!) it would be amazingly helpful if you clicked the button below and then clicked ‘Notify me on Launch’.
We’ve got lots more of everyone you know, with Clodagh and the Minister battling the hulks, and Fillin and the Dog creeping ever closer to the castle! Also, Aine is having a pretty tough time.
Below is the cover to issue 3, drawn by Willi Roberts.
We’ll also have a limited edition virgin variant cover by Mel Ford.
Sinners 5
I’m aware I was originally planning to do Sinners 5 as the next Kickstarter, but I’m going to be polishing some of the dialogue to make it the comic you deserve!
At Last the Light
We’ve got the final translation from Dr Michael Dempster for At Last the Light - this time it’s in auld Scots. The dialogue used has been adapted from the vocabulary of James Hogg (1770 – 21 November 1835), a Scottish poet, novelist and essayist.
See page 1 below:
Our current thoughts are that we’ll be collecting all three editions into one book, with the English one side, and then you’ll flip the book around and you’d have the two Scots versions the other.
What do you think?
The InSpectres
We’ve just signed an agreement to publish a fantastic new set of two graphic novels called The InSpectres by Jarod Roe and David Flores.
I’m not going to say anything more at the moment, but I think you’re going to like it!
Manchester MegaCon 2022
Last weekend we were at Manchester MegaCon with two tables worth of books!
If you came along, thank you! It was nice to be out and about - the lockdowns, although now eased here, have left me feeling a little antsy about being at home at times.
Fulfillment
After receiving the additional items for System Error 1 & 2, I’ll be sending the remaining rewards this week. For Gone 4, I’m still waiting on the Volume One reprints, and I’ll be sending Powers Fearful & Divine #2 to the printer today.
We still have 140 outstanding surveys for The Shadow Over Innsmouth Complete Adaptation, so if one of them is yours, please fill in as soon as possible.
Songström
And lastly, a quick call to ask that if you’ve read my unreliable narrator horror novel Songström to perhaps leave a review on either Amazon or Goodreads?
I’m currently doing a little push to try and improve it’s visibility!
Thank you for reading!
Speak soon and stay safe,
Simon
